Project Overview
RISKREAL aimed to improve employability and safety by developing digital tools that enhance psychosocial skills, especially in sectors like wind power and manufacturing. It focused on supporting vulnerable groups by equipping them with essential skills.
Objectives
- enhance digital literacy and soft skills for low-qualification sectors.
- create engaging training tools including apps and VR simulators.
Gestalt Italy played a central role in:
- identifying essential soft skills: led research to determine key psychosocial competencies needed in the target sectors.
- facilitating expert validation: organized sessions with experts and workers to validate the identified skills.
- report production: compiled findings into comprehensive reports to guide training module development.

Results
- RiskReal toolkit: a comprehensive toolbox designed to enhance and develop critical soft skills for the workforce across various sectors (especially for sectors such as wind power energy, metallic manufacturing, molding fabrication, and other similar positions in which psychosocial occupational hazards related with emergency management occur).
